Rates, Terms and What's Included
Rates for PHV cars are quoted per day, before CDW, and are nett — no GST is added to the rental rate. The minimum weekday rental is 2 days, and a weekend rental runs Friday to Monday; weekly and monthly terms are available and work out cheaper per day. Every rental includes insurance cover, road tax, servicing and 24-hour roadside assistance, and you pay for fuel, ERP and carpark charges as you drive. PHV commercial terms can differ from a personal rental — for the specific commercial cover on the car you want, enquire and we will confirm it in writing before you commit.
Breakdowns, Servicing & Vehicle Swaps
Downtime is lost income, so the rental is built to keep you on the road. If your car needs scheduled servicing we provide a replacement vehicle so the week keeps earning. If a fault develops mid-shift, call our 24-hour line and we will arrange a swap and get you back to driving as quickly as we can. Routine maintenance carries no hourly charge, and accident repair coordination is handled by our team.
