Because a P-plate driver has held their licence for under 2 years, the $9/day Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is compulsory on your rental — it caps your liability at $4,500 for own damage and $5,000 for third-party damage instead of the full repair cost, a small cost for real peace of mind in your first months on the road.
Breakdown Support & Accident Procedure
Every P-plate rental includes 24-hour roadside assistance across Singapore. If the car develops a fault, call our 24-hour line and we'll arrange help or a swap. If you're in an accident, stop safely, take photos of all vehicles and the scene, exchange name and phone with the other driver (don't admit fault), call our line to report it, and lodge a police report within 24 hours if required. Additional Drivers & Malaysia (JB) Usage
You can add additional authorised drivers to your P-plate rental at $20 each — each additional driver must also meet the licence and age requirements and signs onto the agreement.
